Very bright and easy installation

Wanted to change things up a bit on my Jeep and as I recently bought Xprirlte LED fog lights I decided to keep them for the taillights. On arrival the assembly appeared to be of good quality. Easy installation. Remove the top and bottom internal screws from the existing taillights and disconnect the wire connectors. Get a new plug and reinstall it. Now for the left rear light (driver's side) you also need to remove the connector that goes to the third brake light. You don't disconnect it, you remove it from the clip on the old taillight. He slips. When you reinstall a new light it doesn't have a clip to attach it, it's hanging loose (or a zip tie) so subtract a star for that. This is not specified in the instructions. Replace screws and all is good. Fit wise, I had to maneuver around a bit with the two new taillights to get them to fit properly. At first I noticed a gap at the top, but with a little encouragement they both fitted well. There are also 2 ventilation caps on the back of each lamp that can be removed if condensation forms. The instructions were a bit unclear if you remove before installation or after condensation. Checked by customer service, remove only if condensation forms. Tested before fully tightening the bolts and everything works as advertised. It shines much brighter than the original. The lights have been on for over a week with some rain and no problems so far. Hopefully they hold up as some reviews show they start to bug after a few weeks of use. I will update the review if there are any issues.

Pros
  • RELIABLE SAFETY - Jeep taillights are highly recognizable, so you can clearly see the movement of the car from behind, lighting effects, waterproof and ultra-fast on/off speed response, making driving safer.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
