Spending $18 on a fly swatter is pretty expensive in my opinion for what it does. However, this thing is a real Rolls-Royce, an exceptional fly killer. The grip and rod are head and shoulders above the competition. It has a comfortable grip and plenty of latches on the 21″ stem. The piece that kills the flies and sends them to insect paradise is a 4 1/4" x 4 3/4" piece of perforated leather with 55 holes. How well does this fly swatter work? FABULOUS! It is of such mass that upon contact with it, a distinct splashing sound is heard, letting the world know that the fly met a quick death. If you're tired of all those cheap plastic fly swatters that so often break after contact, I recommend getting this bad boy, which is built like no other.
