Was I expecting the most comfortable heel I’ve ever worn? No. And these were no where near that mark. The majority of my foot experienced no issues but my toes nearly fell off. Not comfortable at all. Not sure if I need to break them in mid or if that would even help. However, the straw that broke the camels back came as soon as I opened the box. The heels were 100% used. Worn, scuffed, and haphazardly thrown in the box. One buckle was absolutely broken and they looked Lillie they had been drug behind gravel. Tags were clearly torn off and thrown in the box and the paper was an absolute mess. Either my 2 year old niece works the packaging line, or these were returned (probably due to the comfort) and were thrown in to my package without having been opened of checked. Can’t say I recommend
