I love that you can send money directly from your bank account with no fees or minimums! You don't need an app downloaded onto their phone for them to receive it either which makes this process so much easier than other services like PayPal where they require some sort of smartphone setup before accepting funds via debit card/bank transfer etc.. Sometimes there are issues when sending large amounts but usually only temporarily (they will come back online). The support team has been great at getting things sorted out quickly too without me having to communicate through multiple channels - just one email address works perfectly well now if something does go wrong rather then needing several emails each time i've had problems contacting someone about my payment not going though as intended. Sending direct transfers between accounts very easy & quick way to move cash around within our business.
