Everything is nice out of the box. Much thinner and sleeker than previous versions and much more streamlined overall. The ad is just amazing. What you get is of great value. For 1k it's win-win. But it wasn't without its problems (cons below) Pros: The Gtx 1660ti and 9750h will play any modern game on max settings and will always be above 60fps in my tests. To reiterate, the STEAM DOWNLOADSCons keyboard takes a bit of getting used to as each key feels a little out of place, as if they're trying to pack the capital letters as densely as possible. medium only and after contacting msi support they said just turn on the cooler. Which yes, it completely solved the problem, but I didn't have to blow my fans into PS4 decibels just to play the game. But good headphones block all that. Just set it to low volume if you plan on doing intense tasks or playing games. But for cost reasons I can do without it completely. My only other complaint is that the SSD takes up very little space.
