No Stretch at All best in my review
I typically get a size medium in all things shape wear (dress size 8-10) and this product barely fit though because there was no stretch. It felt a little like cardboard. My more high quality shapers have some stretch like a resistance band kinda but this has none. So I returned it.
- Was to small would love to exchange for another size if possible.
- Can lead to breathing difficulties and shortness of breath
