Use the measurement guide and don’t go by the size you wear for shirts! These run very small but with the right size, they’re great! Great compression and comfortable!

This waist trainer does the job. I can’t complain about the way it fits. If you just want a flatter tummy go up a size (your shirt size). If you want your stomach smaller then just get your regular size.

I'm sure that this waste trainer is supposed to be tight, but I measured before I ordered, and I can't even get it zipped up. I'll loose some more pounds and then I'll try it again as it looks like it's going to give me a LOT of great support once I can wear it.

Unfortunately I had to return this item. I have a shaper that I love and it a L however it’s a little to big now. I wanted a shaper that was a little more fashionable but one I could adjust with my progress after reading the reviews I sized up to a 2xl just to be on the safe side and it was too small!

This item is a little tighter than normal but worth it in the end. I use it when I work out. Once my workout is completed it has me looking snatched and gives me a shape! Be consistent and you will surely see progress!

Such an awesome waist trainer! I feel like it’s working and it’s making my tummy skinny again! After having 2 kids, this feels so good! I would recommend this to anyone who needs to "tuck” and fix your tummy!

I typically get a size medium in all things shape wear (dress size 8-10) and this product barely fit though because there was no stretch. It felt a little like cardboard. My more high quality shapers have some stretch like a resistance band kinda but this has none. So I returned it.

Sizing chart is terrible/not accurate. Size down. I tried it for a day to see if I could make it work, but I can't and now I can't return it since I wore it for "1 day"

I have to say that this is a nice material but it runs a bit small in my opinion. I couldn’t get it on the way I wanted to it was just too small. I guess it’s supposed to be tight but I would’ve needed a lot of help to get this on.My recommendation is to maybe go up a size and if that doesn’t work for you then send it back. It’s a nice waist trainer just Order a size bigger than you would normally get . runs a little small, and is very tight. Can negatively affect posture by putting too much pressure on the spine.

I ordered it too small, my fault.I returned it. That was too bad because I love the way it was made. It looked exactly like the picture. The fabric,,,,,oh my goodness,,,,perfect. It seems as if it will keep things together comfortably. The fabric is so soft. There's a zipper I front and secured with 4velcro straps I look forward to trying it in an x large. Im 4'8" about 155 lbs. I have a little gut.

This is a good product but it do run kind of small. I’m 5’5 and weigh 194 and carry all my weight in my mid section. I got the 3x but the 4x would have probably fit better. Right now I can’t zip it up by myself, I have to get my husband to zip me up. While working out it can be a bit uncomfortable as the bones jam me in my upper body fat. I guess after losing weight, this won’t happen. Other than that, I like the waist trainer and look forward to losing my mid section.
