Good waist trainer: my feedback
This is a good product but it do run kind of small. I’m 5’5 and weigh 194 and carry all my weight in my mid section. I got the 3x but the 4x would have probably fit better. Right now I can’t zip it up by myself, I have to get my husband to zip me up. While working out it can be a bit uncomfortable as the bones jam me in my upper body fat. I guess after losing weight, this won’t happen. Other than that, I like the waist trainer and look forward to losing my mid section.
