Works well but does not fit smaller TVs and instructions need improvement

This swivel TV stand works smoothly and allows me to see from more places in the room without having to attach the bracket to the wall. As they say it doesn't fit my 32 inch TV, I think it fits a bigger TV. Check out my photo to see how the long brackets appear even after some adjustments. The illustrations in the guide are well done, but a lot of useful information is missing. I still don't understand what step 7 means! Also the messages at the top of each page saying "Easy Install" didn't make it that way, lol Tips Installation guide for beginners: 1) Step 2: Make sure the tall part (part 3) on the base into the correct direction, with holes for the wire clips on the back. Learned the hard way. 2) Step 3: I had to omit part 4 from the top holes of part 3 to allow my smaller TV to work better. 3) Step 5: I thought the back of the TV looked flat, but I had to use different parts and pieces designed for the "rounded" back to make it work. 4) Step 5, continued: I had to do a lot of setup and even some research because my TV has a rectangular VESA mount pattern. instead of square. It turned out that everything is fine thanks to the adjustable holes on the bottom of the brackets and the adjustable holes on the bracket. 5) Step 8: The combination of part E and the screw "fixes" the bracket securely to the brackets. At first I was confused and worried but it works fine. 6) Step 9: Fitting Part F into the cable routing holes was a nightmare. I had to call for backup.
