It's very easy to use, has a lot of features out-of-the box that work well together for our business needs.The setup is generally straight forward and intuitive.The customer support team is great! They will help you figure anything out at any hour - day or night! The price point can be somewhat expensive compared to other providers in this space. If you want an open source solution with all bells & whistles ready to go, go with Flynumber. We are using their cloud phone system and voip service to connect multiple locations across our organization. This allows us to quickly deploy new sites without having to worry about running wires/phone lines between buildings.
