Review on 🔋 Think Tank Photo DSLR Battery Case - Black: Organize and Protect Your Camera Batteries by Joy Janes

I've been using various other "mounts" (not specifically for DSLR batteries) for some time and finally decided to find something that really does the job. I find the Think Tank holder a bit overpriced, but it does what it is supposed to do very well. It fits my batteries (a Nikon EN-EL14 and an EN-EL15) in one pocket, in one place, and is great for them. The size is such that I can carry it in my smaller Nikon shoulder bag or Lowepro SlingShot bag, slip it into my jeans pocket, or even slip it into my jacket pocket on colder days. When the batteries are in the holder and the top is down, the Velcro works reasonably well, but there's always that 'noise' when you open the lid to access it, which can be distracting in some settings. Mine came with all the seams intact, there are no protruding threads. Looks very good and will last a long time. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because for sheer practicality and utility in all conditions it would be nice to have a belt loop.
