These are the most comfortable, lightest and most affordable reading glasses I have ever seen. I have a wide face and I have a hard time finding a shape. Most store-bought readers are designed for a child-sized face, so they pinch my temple. These glasses look, feel and fit exactly like my $1200 silhouette glasses that I bought at an expensive eyewear store. They require careful fitting to fit the nose pieces to the bridge of the nose. The silhouettes remain the same. I compared them side by side. Both the Silhouette and these less expensive reading glasses appear to be made the same way, using the same parts and mounts. Of course there is a difference in the lenses, but if you can get by with readers, save your money and buy these. You look great frameless, floating in the air and people see your eyes not the frames. These rimless glasses also open up your vision so you don't have the traditional blind spots with designer glasses. I wear glasses all day for computer work, sewing, sewing, reading, cooking, etc. and they don't give me the bridge of nose pain that leads to migraines. In addition, the curved sides do not rub or pinch your temples, causing headaches. Who doesn't wish for fewer migraines! I love these glasses so much that I immediately ordered 4 more pairs. (They don't fold to fit in my bag.) Now I can have a pair in each main work area and not have to worry about taking a pair with me everywhere. They require a large bag if you carry them in your purse, so I carry a slightly larger purse now. They come in a plastic case, but I bought a felt-lined case to protect the lenses. I thought the plastic lenses on the plastic case would scratch over time. I love these glasses!
