However, if you are over 16.5ft 10in and 160lbs, don't worry about the footstool. Definitely not strong enough and long enough. It's better to put your feet on the coffee table. It's not easy to adjust the head. Stand and Lubricant. Doesn't stay where you want it to be, and also without adjustment.
