So warm and cozy in thermal underwear

In general, I really like this thermal underwear. Please note I got these at a reduced price from David Archie but am considering buying more at full price as they keep me super warm and cozy and will be LONG this winter. It's a great way to increase the amount of time you can spend outdoors during this remote winter season. FIT: Overall, the size is appropriate. I wear medium to large in tops and 34-35 waist in pants. The large size is suitable for both tops and bottoms. I would consider those intermediate thermals. I have thinner than these and harder fleeces that are thicker. They offer a good thermal balance and still fit under my everyday clothes. I can comfortably wear pants under my "normal" jeans. Don't expect them to fit into "skinny" or "tight" pants. The only area that is a bit tight is the buttocks. It's not too tight but definitely a little tighter than other long underwear I have. Wife says they look good :-) ADHESION: They are SUPER soft on the inside of the fabric. Almost like fleece. I've worn/washed them twice so far and they're still as soft as when they were unpacked. As mentioned in the Fit section, they're a decent thickness and make a good base layer to keep you warm. Likes: - Keeps me warm: I've used them twice all day so far. The coldest temperatures were around 15 degrees Fahrenheit and my feet didn't get cold at all after being outside for 2 hours (long underwear, jeans, winter pants). The top also kept me warm. - The softest thermals I own. I also have ultralight silk thermal underwear for hiking, but this is much warmer. - The seller produces high quality goods. I've been wearing David Archy/Separatec (same company) boxers for a number of years and have gradually switched to their other products. Everything is of high quality. Dislikes: - The buttocks area is a bit tight but they fit well and after a few minutes of wearing they seem to stretch a lot and don't hinder movement at all. - The price is higher, but still reasonable for a complete set of high-quality thermals. - a bit thicker than I would like under pants, but after a few minutes I got used to it again and they fit well under "regular" size pants (just not skinny jeans).

Pros
  • Double-layer pocket design: To provide more protection and space for men's privates, double-layer thermal underwear reduces most men's chafing problems and awkward adjustments, giving you more freedom to work outdoors too. Cold air activity
Cons
  • Slightly torn
