Absolutely Disappointed
I ordered this product TWICE and it arrived with that nasty burnt plastic smell that you could tell before you even opened the package. The first photo is the first open one I tested (it was lit, so it seems to be working). As for the second, I didn't even open it to prove it. Something is happening with their production, it's really annoying. It's not easy to clean. It almost smells like battery acid. Also, it's not possible to contact support through the website, they keep sending me an error message. Overall very disappointed
