Nice hairstyle, very poor quality. I really wanted to like it, it was so beautiful and well packaged, it came with a special storage bag with three extra stones. I read the reviews, decided on the positive ones and ordered anyway. A pile of rocks fell off on the first adjustment. I didn't have time to order another one. On the wedding day when I tried to wear it, more stones fell off. I was so disappointed. I should have taken note of other reviews that had issues with this item. The photos were taken on the day the package was opened. After that, more stones fell off, I just didn't take any more. Update 26-Jan-17 Well, after my bad review of this one star product, the seller contacted me and offered me a replacement tiara free of charge. They emailed me about it twice to be exact. I wasn't sure whether or not to take up this offer as my wedding anniversary was over and I wasn't sure I would ever use it again as it was a private ceremony and we have a reception to go . This summer I thought maybe I'd like to wear it then. So I responded and accepted the offer. It took some time to arrive, it arrived about two weeks ago. I checked and tried. It looks very nice and this time the stones didn't fall off. I will add that the stones still do not sit flush or level and therefore this product is not a 5 star product but more of a 3 star product as there are no stones on such an important day of my life had. alive and had to be replaced. One star for good service and customer care. The seller cared about my experience and did their best to accommodate. Will update this review once received. keep for updates
