Both of the hats arrived with the bills sewn on off center. I got the cotton hats. They fell good in hand and on my head. As long as I don't look in a mirror I can't tell the bills are off center as I put the hay on with the bill centered on my head. That makes the hat off center of my head. Other than that they seem they they will last a while. I'll keep looking for a good hat. In the meantime these hat will keep the top of my head from getting sun burnt even if they do look ridiculous. I guess you get what you pay for.
