Review on Alexsys by David Garnic

We have been using an older version of this software for several years, but when we upgraded to v10 it was like night-and day! The customer service has improved tremendously as well since I don't think they used us in such high regard before now that's pretty awesome!! One thing about them though - their pricing model can be confusing at first glance (we were expecting more than what you pay). It could use some additional training materials/videos maybe? But once your familiar with how everything works its great overall especially if you are looking into purchasing multiple machines through one system which makes life easier all around. You really do get so much out of just having basic functions within easy reach while running jobs without constantly going back & forth between programs or menus etc..
