The link is too tight the tool does not work

So the watch came with the tool the tool was useless so I took the watch to the mall to have two links removed to make it fit on my wrist She did it in about 5 seconds I couldn't open the watch link so I was able to put it on my wrist ugh! Aggravating. Note: to the seller: you don't have to make it so tight
