I purchased a size small and it was baggy on me. The arms were baggy and the waist was as well. It did not fit like the picture. For reference I am 5'6" and 120 lbs. The length fell right below my knee. Definitely would size down. I would have returned but needed the dress for a funeral so I wore it but kept my coat on the entire time. I read reviews and though the small would work. The quality did seem good and the material was soft and was comfortable to wear.
