The ability for us to have access to our clients' files from anywhere in the world via secure file transfer system was one thing I liked best about this service provider. Other than that there were not really any other benefits we realized but then again they are all priced fairly so no complaints here either. We use them primarily because their rates are very competitive compared with others available which makes sense since most people would want an inexpensive option like this versus paying more money elsewhere. I like that the company is in the forefront of the industry with the most current technology. It is easy to use and navigate. The customer service is exceptional. I have no complaints. UCC is the best in the business. I highly recommend this company. I am a small business owner and a consumer. I use the services to secure my business and to create a website. I am able to meet my goals by using UCC.
