I've tried several cell phone car chargers and this is by far the best on the market. This is not a paid review. I have an iPhone 13 pro max with a Fre case and this mount holds my phone with no problem. I put a round magnet on the back of my case that comes with the charger and it's very strong. The phone holds up with no problems. My phone does not fall or move. I was very surprised that it holds the iPhone Pro Max so well. When attached to the vent and tightened, it will not move or loosen. It also charges my phone quickly. I would buy again and recommend it to anyone looking for a charger and mount for an iPhone Pro Max or other larger phone. To be honest I didn't think my phone would stay in place while driving because most car mounts aren't strong enough to hold a large phone, but this one is amazing. The magnet is very strong. I also took my phone out of the case and gave it a try as it has MagSafe built in and it works great and stays in place. Buy, you will not be disappointed. I've tried placing the extended part under the vent and that works great too, but it makes my phone look lower than I'd like so I just used a regular vent clamp. I'm not sure if this charger will stop charging your phone when your phone is fully charged, so I just unplug the charger when I just need to use it as a holder for my phone.
