We've all heard the expression manly man, right? Well, for me, this Colgate toothpaste with all its bells and whistles is the toothpaste of toothpaste. The list of its advantages is impressive. This toothpaste has anti-caries properties, contains fluoride, has "breathing stripes" and can whiten teeth. Indeed you can see white spots in the light blue gel. Does the fresh aftertaste of this cool mint toothpaste really last for hours like the packaging says? It probably depends on what you ate for breakfast or lunch. Likewise, I haven't used this toothpaste long enough to be sure, but I suspect its ability to whiten my coffee-stained teeth will be minimal. This has been the case with most of the whitening toothpastes I've brushed my teeth with. I've found that to really whiten your teeth, you need to use whitening strips regularly. However, the aftertaste of this mint toothpaste is refreshing, and I suspect its fresh flavor lingers in the mouth longer than most brands. The whitening ingredient is really an added benefit, so I rinse my mouth out with this toothpaste when I brush my teeth. It's not as foamy as some toothpastes on the market. A "fresh fact" on a pack of Colgate Max Fresh toothpaste states that 58 percent of people "have lost interest in someone they're attracted to because of bad breath." That treat alone makes this toothpaste worth having.
