I have been a member since 1999 - we use them as our medical claims processor. They make it easy to get paid! They do not provide billing or coding assistance from an in house team (as opposed to outsourcing) which saves time but is costly if you're paying someone's salary. They bill out at very low rates than other companies like ours who actually pay employees directly instead of reimbursing through insurance providers. If your health plan has no contract with this provider (such as ours does), there may be additional fees that you will need to account for. In particular, when dealing with reimbursement processing for a large number of procedures/services being billed by many different surgeons.
