I purchased this cable to use with PreSonus AudioBox USB and my 16" MacBook Pro with Logic Pro X 10.5.1 . Unfortunately, when using this cable, the audio interface is not recognized correctly. To do this, the interface must be recognized as "AudioBox USB" in the device settings. Instead, with this cable, the data is garbled and recognized as "IOUSBHostDevice". The cable can supply power to the audio interface, but no data transfer takes place. Meaning: The interface appears to be on, but when you press the play button in the DAW, no sound is detected from the interface, and when you press record, the software does not detect the sound. I will try to get these back. Pros: Gives off electricity. Looks like quality materials. Cons: no data/poor data transfer. Not useful for audio production.
