Ordered two (2) of these (6U glass front) and brought one on arrival. The top was pushed in. The package consists of corner styrene bits with insufficiently thick plates on the top and sides. I'd say this would be fine under normal circumstances, but as they come with Incredably Atomized Loads (let you get the acronym!) that are notorious for, shall we say, smooth handling, the V7 should be better packaged! said the intact one is BIG! (5 Stars.) Once installed using all FOUR anchor bolts (not included). It's sturdy, the doors open smoothly, and the rear cable entry is a real killer. -Lite UPS (2U), Switch (1U) and Custom Interface Module (1U so it weighs a few kilos but the rack supports the devices perfectly. I didn't need casters but they are included.
