is! DO NOT LISTEN TO POSITIVE FEEDBACK! You're on crack! It's ugly. It's thin, it takes 3-4 coats to look full. The color is muted/faded green. The material is similar in texture and appearance to paper. I briefly considered using it outside, but that would be stupid. It's flat autofocus, so good luck blowing up 50ft of that crazy garland. i give it back IN THE DOLLAR STORE I HAVE MORE RETURN FOR THE MONEY.
