Used the X-ICE Nord 2 for eight years, and it performed well throughout that time. I decided to replace it owing to its advanced age, despite the fact that there were no issues with the tread. I planned to buy a pair of X-ICE Nord 4 studs, but the store didn't have the needed size in stock. Because of my uncertainty, I ended up purchasing a pair of X-ICE SNOW without any studs. I personally held both this tire and the Conti Viking Contact 7 in my hands, and I can say with certainty that this tire feels lighter than the Conti. Until I regret it. I'm curious to see how it plays out during the winter when there's frost.
