I want to give this product negative stars. I bought one, it wouldn't connect to the internet and when I called HP support they told me that sometimes some computers just can't connect to the internet. That was her helpful answer. I sent it back and bought a new one. This new one didn't connect to the internet either. HP refused to help me and said I had to purchase support plans even though the computer was a week and a half old. Go to another company. Don't use HP
