Review on 🎀 36 Colorful Tutu Skirts for Little Girls: Extra Fluffy Ballet Pettiskirt for Baby Girls (6M-10T) by Kirk Arroyave

I ordered this in white to use as a petticoat under my 19 month old girl's Halloween costume (and other costumes) because her dress needed some work. Volume. It was perfect for that, added delicious thickness (or fluff!) and was soft enough to keep her comfortable (it doesn't itch like most adult skirts). My only complaint is that the waist isn't adjustable. it has a tie that can be tied in a bow at the waist, but the tie doesn't really pinch the waist; I spent all night pulling it up, and that was even after tightening my waist a bit with a safety pin. The sizing chart says the little one is for 1-2 year olds and my daughter is 19 months old, about 24 pounds and 33 inches tall. In the review I was asked to rate the warmth, but it's hard to rate. That's a skirt, it's not for warmth. In terms of transparency, even white is durable enough to be used as a standalone skirt or tutu if that's what you're after. Overall I would definitely recommend it, just pay attention to the sizes!
