No fuss, works

cut out a spot for your tools and you're done, the pre-cut foam plugs pull out easily but not so easily that everyday tool use tears things up - don't overdo it with removing desired connectors to keep tools tight - don't overcomplicate, maximum two or three items (if one of them is a battery)
