I went looking for "fuzzy" knee highs and found that to be a surprisingly challenging hunt to say the least. Most, if not all, were either too short (falling mid-calf or below) or thigh highs which were too long (for reference I'm an 8-8.5 shoe size and 5'5" tall).and I wanted black or solid colors, but nothing 'cutsey' and not a cotton patterned weave which no matter how soft I feel they are a bit like walking on gravel, I wanted fuzzy/cuddly! Despite the fact that these had only one review, and a poor one at that, I took a chance. THEY WERE EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. The socks are, in fact, fuzzy/cuddly, go a bit past my knee but the top folds over easily and they are not restrictive in any way yet they stayed up all day--no pulling them back up required--and no little black fuzzies everywhere. The ONLY reason I gave them 4 stars is that I haven't washed them yet. Otherwise they are PERFECT! MORE PLEASE !
