Generally these pillows do not have enough filling to support the shape of the pillow. When unpacked, the pillows were very flat. I spent a few minutes fluffing them up and ripping out the tangled cotton. However, after a day of use, the pillows will flatten out like pancakes again. For the price I was definitely expecting a better quality pillow. For these reasons I would not recommend this pillow as it is inconvenient to use and looks ugly when flattened.
