Okay not perfect but it solved my leak problem.
Worked well to stop dripping from our shower head which I was unable to fix even after replacing the shower arm inner seal. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the side handle is attached to the linkage with a set screw and came loose from the factory, but I only tightened it with an Allen wrench. After a few weeks of use, there was a small leak from the lever that attaches to the inner moving part. On the plus side, although the internal mechanism still blocks about half of the inside diameter when fully open, I didn't notice any loss of pressure after installation.
