Wrong thread and will not work with standard pipe fittings, will not tighten and leaks water when pressure is applied. Tried to contact seller about the valve not sealing at hot and cold water inlets threads due to ports not being proper standard tapered pipe thread instead the threads are straight and will not seal using standard pipe fittings, but have had no response in over a week. I'm very impressed with the quality of this product. Commercial grade.There are several reviews about this valve leaking and to "just use a bunch of teflon tape". Its important to understand that the fittings on this valve fittings are G (Metric) and require a G to NPT adapter to convert to standard NPT pipe thread (or PEX).G fittings are straight thread and require an o-ring to create a liquid tight connection.just search amazon for G1/2 to 1/2NPT adapters. They're only a few bucks.

I love this shower valve/mixer. It had two problems. The knobs it came with were nicked. When I complained they sent me a whole new set by FedEx in a couple of days. When I got the valves installed and the tiles on, the escucheon plate no longer fit over the cylinders of the the valve bodies. I think my copper pipe installation forced the valves to bend a little out of place. This valve is amazing. Love the look and feel of the knobs. Had trouble with the cover plate fitting over the valves - make sure to check before you install! Customer service was great and sent us a new custom plate with measurements we took, it took a few weeks but we were able to work around it while we finished the bathroom. The second valve I ordered fit fine. I’m ordering the 4 way valve for our master shower. Worth the price, so glad I didn’t have to spend over $1000 for a brand name…

Was excited to get this but when received upon inspection the inside of the valves are corroded. Going to return That's my feedback!

Choose carefully… this shower set is Chinese & manufactured for British standard "G” thread. No taper, just an O ring. Problem was I needed an elbow (90*) off each fitting and the G thread only tightens to ONE random clock position +/- a few degrees . Required machine shop and brazing to make custom pipe fittings to work .BTW… G fitting to pipe thread adapters are very $$$ and not a great seal.If had to do over would recommend a domestic valve set that use pipe thread & won’t leak at the O ring

Overall love the look of the product-only complaint was during installation it seems as if during manufacturing the threads on the lower valve were cut too far in causing a bad seat with the plumbing. We were able to fix with more pipe dope.

The item came just as it says. It works great. My one mention of "improvement" would be to offer this model with an npt thread. Other than converting the thread type, the item was perfect

Face plate did not fit over valves. The company cut a custom plate and sent which fit. Product looks good on our remodeled shower.

After receiving a miss-aligned faceplate, I contacted customer service, and immediately I received positive feedback. Customer service worked extremely fast in trying to correct the problem. Within short I received a new faceplate with the placement of the proper holes. The icing on the cake was that customer service reached out to me after receiving the faceplate to ensure everything was ok. Now that's service with a smile. Overall the product is great and I will buy it again.

I'm am having issues with the temperature. It's either super hot or super cold. I'm not getting any mixture. I've tried to adjust the stop but am getting no where. The two black lines are lined up. I'm so frustrated at this point.
