Wrong thread and will not work with standard pipe fittings, will not tighten and leaks water when pressure is applied. Tried to contact seller about the valve not sealing at hot and cold water inlets threads due to ports not being proper standard tapered pipe thread instead the threads are straight and will not seal using standard pipe fittings, but have had no response in over a week. I have drilled holes in my brand new shower walls to accommodate these new valves and only way to use a different type valveis to fix the shower wall and to completely start over with shower remodel which would be thousands of dollars.Please give me the solution to seal the valves correctly with the correct pipe adapters to correct the water leakotherwise I will need to collect thousands of dollars for damages from the seller to repair the holes in my new shower wall.
