This is a very nice valve that functions very nicely. When I got it installed, I found out the faceplate didn't fit correctly. I worked with the seller and they sent me a replacement based on the measurement of my unit. The replacement fit and the final product looks nice. Since this seems to be a somewhat common problem, I would recommend that you check this fit right away after you receive it because it took a couple of weeks to get the replacement. If I would have checked this right away, I would have had the replacement way before I needed it as it took me several weeks before I finished my tile work and tried to install this faceplate. I would definitely recommend.
