I love this shower valve/mixer. It had two problems. The knobs it came with were nicked. When I complained they sent me a whole new set by FedEx in a couple of days. When I got the valves installed and the tiles on, the escucheon plate no longer fit over the cylinders of the the valve bodies. I think my copper pipe installation forced the valves to bend a little out of place. So I contacted the manufacturer and they asked me to measure the positions of the valves and they made me a custom CNC plate that fit perfectly. I have never experienced such great customer support care, and at no extra cost. I love having three valves. I have one controlling the shower head and one controlling the hand shower hose. With the third valve I routed the output throught the wall to the drain. So, now I get in the shower in the morning and run the cold water down the drain while the water warms up without ever getting wet. Then I open up the shower valve and enjoy nice hot water. Wonderful product, great service.
