After receiving a miss-aligned faceplate, I contacted customer service, and immediately I received positive feedback. Customer service worked extremely fast in trying to correct the problem. Within short I received a new faceplate with the placement of the proper holes. The icing on the cake was that customer service reached out to me after receiving the faceplate to ensure everything was ok. Now that's service with a smile. Overall the product is great and I will buy it again.
