Since I work remotely, I bought this portable monitor because it has what I wanted (anti-glare matte screen, good 1080p screen quality, lightweight product, etc.). The stand makes a very stable impression. I received the item in a timely manner (a week) after purchase, but for some reason the monitor kept making a buzzing/static noise when the brightness was above zero. At first I thought the noise was normal, but it started hurting my ears. I am sincerely grateful to the customer service representatives for their timely responses to emails (within 24 hours), for their help in trying to resolve the issue, and finally a few weeks later for replacing the monitor. The replacement monitor works fine. While earlier today it was oddly making another constant noise (besides the noise from the 1st monitor), it seemed to fix itself when I unplugged it and plugged it back into my laptop. Aside from that noise, it was quiet today. The monitor does not come with a case, but I understand you can email customer service to request an additional case. I'm waiting for mine to arrive. Customer service seems to have customers' best interests in mind, which I really respect.
