Flops around good for me
I like this vest for running or pull ups. However, if you are wanting to do movements such as burpees, or running to the point where you move the vest up and down it flips inside out over the closure. It’s not convenient to stop mid workout to fix the vest. The bungee straps on the sides make for a good side to side fit tho!
- The reflective strips make it easy to stay visible during outdoor workouts, which is important for your safety
