Bought an M (large on purpose) for layering
I bought a medium size white hoodie as part of a Halloween costume for my four year old. He is 4 feet tall and weighs 47 pounds (perhaps the size of an average 5-6 year old). It was a very cold evening so wearing it under a suit rather than covering it with a winter coat was perfect. I hope he wears it again next year when the weather is cold again. After washing several times this winter, nothing is worn and not rolled down.
- True to size but can shrink in the dryer. I would suggest going up a size to wear longer but good quality overall!
- The heavy material may make some boys uncomfortable in warm weather.
