Luckily we haven't had to use these yet but I ordered these as my husband was recently diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer's and had left the gas stove on numerous occasions Bought these for use in the event of a fire, especially in the kitchen. Our fire extinguisher probably needs replacing and I felt like I was wasting valuable time trying to figure out how to use it in a panic, so this seemed like a better and quicker choice. I hope I never have to use it but it gives me peace of mind to know that they are available and we have them.
