Review on 🍃 THERMOS Stainless King Vacuum-Insulated Drink Bottle, 24 oz, Matte Green by Mandela Buycks

I have bought several Thermos Kings over the last ten years. They keep cold liquids cold and hot liquids hot most of the day. I like the ease of opening the flip top lid with one hand. However, the elastic band that gives elasticity to the lid is broken. I called the company and asked them to buy a box of these tapes. Thermos refuses to deliver such a simple item. Instead, you'll have to buy a whole new cover. Unfortunately, the group only lasts 4 to 6 months. (Unacceptable. I hand wash thoroughly and air dry.) Buying 2-3 capsules a year adds up. And absolutely unnecessary! I'm wondering if someone at Thermos customer service suggested the idea of selling replacement rubber bands to someone outside of their department? Since this never happened, I'm guessing this idea is the number one customer service secret.
