Folds easily into drawers/crates, fairly sturdy and comes in a variety of sizes making it a great organizational tool. I've bought them in different sizes and used them for different purposes: organizing the starting materials for my wargame miniatures, storing the components in board game boxes for easy sorting (many strategy games these days have expansion packs and elements from multiple expansions). Free floating makes setup tedious, especially if you only want to use the base game or a subset of expansions) and my desk drawer (I sort butterfly clips by size). If you have a box or game box that is hard to find something in, measure the space (in xbxd) and try them as solutions. Pricey (I think for a box) but worth it.
