A thread didn't work so I ordered a replacement. I was charged for a replacement even though the ad said they would send a free replacement. One of the threads in the second box was not working. Thus, two boxes of lamps were required to get three working filaments. The light in the second drawer isn't the same color as the first and isn't as bright. I should have just sent everything back instead of trying to get it to work. In general the daughter is happy but I don't think they are worth the money.
