Review on 🖨️ HP 61 Black Ink Cartridge for DeskJet & OfficeJet Series, Instant Ink Eligible, CH561WN by Terry Kohl

I have bought this cartridge before and thought it was an accident with the first one that you cannot use all the ink in the cartridge. It's an HP cartridge, so there's no problem with the printer reading it, but you can't use all of the ink. I've tried cleaning the print head, tried using a cotton swab with alcohol on the cartridge itself, tried all the tricks and still can't get my money out of this cartridge. Please see the picture. I am currently out of ink and am printing blank pages (when there is no color).
