Do not use this on your horse!
I bought this because it was advertised as a 'soft' curry brush in The Chronicle of the Horse magazine. The plastic bristles are so hard and sharp that any pressure can scratch the skin and cause bleeding. I can only describe it as an instrument of torture! I needed a very stiff brush to clean the grout in the shower so I keep the brush for this purpose only. This should never be used on your horse!
