Review on 🧘 Relax and Unwind with the Comfier Shiatsu Back Massager - Deep Tissue Kneading Massage Seat Cushion with Heat by Frank Alejo

I love this massager. It replaced the extinct previous model. It works well and has many options, heats up and can start multiple times in a row. I don't like that it turns itself off after 10 minutes instead of the usual 15 minutes. The point feature is nice, it would be better if you could set the range, but it's a great feature. On the negative side, Down On Site doesn't work and has been questionable since day one. I was unable to contact the seller and he did not respond to my question in time for me to resolve before my 30 day Amazon tone expired. While waiting for an answer, I missed the deadline. Shit for me because I (or will) use the Slick feature more than any other feature. For $75 you would think the seller would have communicated better if I had known this before buying. I would have chosen a different massager because customer service is important to me, the lack of that is too special for such a large purchase. I like it in principle, but since the button no longer works and the customer card is missing, I fully expect the thing to die early. When that happens I'll update this review so everyone knows what to expect. If I ever get a chance to speak to the seller or manufacturer and get the button issues resolved I will post an update for that as well.
