Exactly what I was looking for! I used to use witch hazel but it was always from a container with a separate cotton pad. UPDATE: I have noticed that my skin remains significantly less oily after each use, more than other products of this type that I have tried. Sure, it doesn't stay perfectly matte, but it's definitely not the mirror it usually turns to after an hour or so, which impresses me. I can only surmise that this is because while it cleanses well, it doesn't tighten or dry out the skin so it responds by becoming oilier again.
